南アフリカ共和国から先生が、亀田総合病院に見学に来てくださいました。もうすでにリンパ浮腫の手術を自国で始めていらっしゃいますが、さらに新しい技術や手技を習得し、より効果的な手術ができるようになりたいとのことでした。できる限り手術手技や検査などを実際にお見せしましたが、彼の今後の手術やプランニングに生かし、沢山のリンパ浮腫で困っている方を救って頂けたらうれしいです。

Dr Ben Moodie from South Africa has visited us as a part of his Japan Tour. Had a great time for sharing our knowledge of management of lymphedema and Supermicro-Visualization technique for lymphedema surgery. I also learned a lot from him, because his questions were always sharp. He aspires to bring new ideas and further develop the field of reconstructive & lymphedema surgery in his country. I have no doubts that he will be the top runner of microsurgery in the world in the near future. Great having you here as part of the Lymphedema unit team at the Breast Center of Kameda Medical Center. Also, I really enjoyed your hunting story at the secret Sushi restaurant!!
