今年4回目の海外招聘手術は、2日半にわたる中国福建省の大学病院でのリンパ浮腫手術でした。何件かはタフな症例で長時間になりましたが、ベストを尽くしてきました。そしてやはり、超音波によるリンパ管の同定は、ICGでは分からない中等症〜重症の症例で特に重要だなと再認識しました。
また、いつもと違う手術器具や顕微鏡、環境の中でこそ、本当の自分の実力が問われると改めて実感しました。
今回のプロジェクトを支えて下さった、現地の先生方・スタッフの方に感謝しかありません。ありがとうございました。

Invited Live Surgery(LVA, LNT, LS) & Lecture@ Putian Univ. Hospital, Fujian, China (Nov. 14-16)

The 4th invited surgery in abroad of this year was lymphedema surgery in China. Although it was tough cases, I did my best and felt relieved to see postoperative patient’s smile. I hope the patient will feel better and realize the effect step by step postoperatively. Microscope which I used this time was F40 (Leica), but audiences from many hispital seemed satisfied.
The challenge in abroad is always precious experience for me.
I would like to thank all staffs for the great support and tireless efforts during this operation.
